there are several points about perlite filling in interlayer of storage tank
1. preparation of perlite filling
1) install perlite filling tooling on explosion-proof device port and 4 perlite filling ports.
2) the vacuum valve is installed on the vacuum port, and the vacuum pump and the vacuum valve are connected by metal hose.
3) the perlite storage tank is connected with the perlite filling tooling by the perlite conveying hose.
4) vacuum the interlayer to 100 to 150 pa with a vacuum pump.
2. early filling of perlite
1) when the interlayer vacuum degree reaches 100 to 150pa, open the right perlite filling tooling valve first, close the valve after perlite filling for 100 seconds, vacuum for 30 minutes each time, fill perlite for 100 seconds, replace the second filling port after 15 times, and then fill for 15 times.
2) and so on, all the way to the left filling mouth, the filling amount of perlite reaches about 1.9 times, and then the early filling ends.
3. late filling of perlite
1) install the perlite pressure tank on the first perlite filling tooling on the right side. after vacuumizing for 30 minutes each time, raise the pressure of the pressure tank to 0.4mpa and then press it into the interlayer. after pressurizing for 3 times, vacuumize for 30 minutes each time and fill perlite for 70 seconds and 3 times.
2) then, the other filling ports are pressurized and filled three times according to the above method, and the filling is completed after the filling amount of perlite reaches 2.2 to 2.3 times.
4. sealing and cutting of interlayer perlite
1) install the interlayer reduction tooling and reduce the interlayer vacuum with nitrogen.
2) remove the vacuum valve, clean the sealing surface of the vacuum valve and re install the vacuum valve.
3) remove the perlite filling tooling, clean the sealing surface of explosion-proof device and install the sealing cover again.
finally, the interlayer is vacuumized and connected with a vacuum pump. first, the large flow pump is used to initially vacuumize the interlayer, and the vacuum degree reaches about 100pa. then, the 70 rotary vane vacuum pump is used and the cold well is connected to vacuumize the interlayer, and the vacuum degree is less than 3pa.
